Company Background

Kosma Mobile X-Ray was founded in 1984 by Dale Kosma and his wife, Lori. The concept was to increase patient comfort and decrease facility cost by providing on-site service, as opposed to the patient having to be sent to the hospital. Initially, the service was primarily used as a secondary source for diagnostics, but after 26 years of practice we are now often considered as the primary source. We started our business locally and have now expanded to statewide service. The company was originally based on family principals, has grown on family principals and was transferred to Dr. Patrick Berrigan and his wife Tracy on family principals.

Customer Service

Kosma Mobile X-Ray has a staff of over twenty professionals to serve you. We have a professional answering service to receive your calls even when we are out of the office so that we can be available to you twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Every image that is produced by our technicians is reviewed by an experienced manager and our radiologists are geriatric specialists so that we can provide you with the best possible diagnosis.

We pride ourselves in our rapid turn around times and follow up every faxed report with a phone call to make sure you have received it. We provide same day service and can typically have routine reports back to you within a few hours of exam completion. Kosma has a quality assurance staff member that is always available to attend QA meetings and do on-site computer training with your staff to allow you to be able to access reports and patient images.
